EDUIFY LIMITED
Privacy & your rights
Who is responsible?
Eduify Limited (trading as Eduify), 12899 88th Ave, Surrey, Canada. For privacy requests or complaints, contact the person responsible for privacy at info@eduify.ca. You may also request a private response channel through WhatsApp at 289-800-4921. Do not send identity documents or sensitive records in an initial message.
What this website collects
This is an informational website with no application form, account, payment checkout, advertising pixel or analytics script added by Eduify. Your browser sends technical information, such as your IP address, requested page, device/browser details and time of request, to the hosting and delivery infrastructure so the site can load and remain secure. Eduify’s site is hosted through OpenAI Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Hosting providers may process operational or security logs under their own retention practices.
When you contact us
If you email or message us, we receive the contact details, message and information you choose to share. We use these to respond to your enquiry, understand your education or career goals and handle your requests. Share only what is needed. This notice covers website visits and initial enquiries; applications, document reviews or paid services require their own information and terms before additional data is collected.
Purposes and legal grounds
We use necessary technical data to deliver and protect the website. Where GDPR applies, this is based on our legitimate interests in maintaining a secure, functional site, subject to your rights. Responding to a request for services may involve steps you ask us to take before a contract; other voluntary enquiries rely on our legitimate interest in answering you. Optional language storage relies on your consent. Legal obligations may require particular records to be kept or disclosed. We seek any additional consent required under applicable Canadian or Moroccan law. Visiting the site is not consent to marketing.
Sharing and external services
We do not sell enquiry information or use it for advertising profiles. Information may be handled by hosting, email or messaging providers needed to deliver the site or answer you, and disclosed where legally required. WhatsApp and Instagram (Meta) and Google Maps open only when you follow their links; their own privacy practices apply. This site does not embed their trackers, feeds or maps. Do not treat an external messaging service as a secure document-upload portal.
International processing
Website delivery and external communications may involve processing outside your country, including Canada, the United States and other countries used by providers. Foreign authorities may have lawful access. This notice does not establish that every provider stores data in Canada or Morocco. Where international-transfer restrictions apply, appropriate safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism must be established before restricted transfers take place. Ask us about arrangements relevant to your enquiry before sending documents.
Retention and security
Keep initial enquiries limited to general information. Enquiry records should be retained only while needed to respond, follow up on a service you request, meet applicable recordkeeping duties or resolve a dispute, then deleted or anonymised. The period depends on the enquiry and any resulting engagement; ask for the period that applies to your records. Provider logs and message copies may follow separate schedules. HTTPS protects data in transit to this website, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
Canada: British Columbia and federal law
British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA) applies to relevant private-sector activities in BC. PIPEDA may apply to commercial personal-information flows across provincial or national borders and other federally covered activities. Depending on the applicable law, you may request access and correction, question our practices or withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual limits. Contact us first, or contact the BC privacy commissioner or the Privacy Commissioner of Canada as appropriate.
Morocco: Law 09-08
Where Moroccan Law 09-08 applies, individuals have rights to information, access, rectification and objection, subject to its conditions. Contact info@eduify.ca to exercise them or contact the CNDP. Applicable declarations, authorisations and international-transfer formalities are separate obligations. No CNDP registration or authorisation is claimed by this website. Publishing a policy does not replace required CNDP procedures.
EEA: GDPR, where applicable
GDPR does not apply merely because a website can be viewed in Europe; its territorial conditions must be met. Where it applies, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability where available; object to processing; and withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing. You may complain to your local supervisory authority. We do not use this website for automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. GDPR requests are normally answered within one month, with lawful extensions explained where necessary. Other requests follow the applicable legal deadline.
Requests, children and updates
Describe your request and provide only the details needed to locate your enquiry. We may need proportionate identity checks; do not email a passport unless a secure process has been agreed. If a minor needs guidance involving personal records, a parent or guardian should contact us first. We do not knowingly solicit sensitive information from children through this website. Material changes will be dated here; new optional purposes require a new choice where consent is required.
